ExpressVote Demonstration Video

The ExpressVote is a universal voting machine that voters can use to mark their vote selection and print a verifiable paper ballot that will be tabulated with traditional paper ballots.

The ExpressVote is available for use at the Guam Election Commission during the In Office Absentee Voting period.

The touch screen display lets voters easily make vote selections and review their choices.

The ExpressVote does not allow crossovers or overvotes.

Voters can connect personal headphones to the ExpressVote. A keypad allows voters to control audio and navigate the ballot.

Voter data is not stored nor recorded in the device. Voters’ choices are printed on ballot cards and cast.
