Absentee Voting

Off-island absentee ballot requests must be submitted by Wednesday, May 27, 2020. The GEC encourages off-island voters to submit their applications at their earliest convenience to allow ample time for processing, mailing, and ballot receipt.

In-Office Absentee Voting will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 in the GEC Conference Room on the second floor of the GCIC Building in Hagåtña.

Homebound Voting will begin on Tuesday, May 26, 2020. Individuals (or their caregivers) may begin requesting homebound voting services at this time by calling the GEC at 477-9791.
