Governor/Lieutenant Governor
- Qualifications (Source: Law governing 48 USC § 1422)
- Must be an eligible voter;
- Must have been, for five consecutive years immediately preceding the election, a citizen of the United States and a bona fide resident of Guam
- Must be at least thirty (30) years of age at the time of taking office (i.e. the first Monday of January following the date of election)
- Must maintain his official residence in Guam during his incumbency
- Must not have been convicted of a felony, and must not have been convicted of a misdemeanor involving criminal sexual conduct or crime of moral turpitude, pursuant to 3 GCA § 6110

- The Governor and Lieutenant Governor shall hold office for a term of four years and until their successors are elected and qualified.

- The Governor of Guam, together with the Lieutenant Governor, shall be elected by a majority of the votes cast by the people who are qualified to vote for the members of the Legislature of Guam. Senators

- Must be a citizen of the United States of America
- Must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age at the time of taking office (i.e. the first Monday of January following the date of election)
- Must have been domiciled in Guam for at least five (5) years immediately preceding the sitting of the Legislature
- Must not have been convicted of a felony or of a crime involving moral turpitude and has not received a pardon restoring his or her civil rights
- Must not have been convicted of a felony, and must not have been convicted of a misdemeanor involving criminal sexual conduct or crime of moral turpitude, pursuant to 3 GCA § 6110

Mayor and Vice-Mayor

- Must be a citizen of the United States of America
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
- Must be registered to vote in and have resided within the municipality or village in which he or she is to represent for a period of one (1) year immediately preceding the date of the special or general election at which he or she is a candidate
- Must continue to reside in the municipality or village throughout his or her term in office
- Must not have been convicted of a felony, and must not have been convicted of a misdemeanor involving criminal sexual conduct or crime of moral turpitude, pursuant to 3 GCA § 6110

- Must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age on the date of the election
- Must have been a citizen of the United States of America for at least seven (7) years prior to the date of the election
- Must be an inhabitant of Guam
- Must not be, on the date of the election, a candidate for any other office
- Must not have been convicted of a felony, and must not have been convicted of a misdemeanor involving criminal sexual conduct or crime of moral turpitude, pursuant to 3 GCA § 6110.

- The Delegate shall be elected by the people qualified to vote for the members of the legislature of the territory he is to represent at the general election of 1972, and thereafter at such general election every second year thereafter. Attorney General of Guam
- Qualifications [Source: Law governing 5 GCA § 30101(b)]
- Must be a citizen of the United States and a resident of Guam
- Must be an active member in good standing of the Guam Bar Association on Guam for at least five (5) years immediately preceding his or her candidacy for office, or an inactive member of the Guam Bar Association who, in the five (5) years preceding his or her election as an Attorney General has served as an elected official elected by the people of Guam or as a Public Auditor of Guam, or as a Justice of the Supreme Court of Guam or Judge of the Superior Court of Guam
- Must be at least thirty (30) years of age
- Must have not been suspended from the practice of law in any jurisdiction for violation of ethical rules governing the practice of attorneys
- Must not have been convicted of a felony, and must not have been convicted of a misdemeanor involving criminal sexual conduct or crime of moral turpitude

- The Office of the Attorney General of the government of Guam shall be administered by the Attorney General of Guam, who shall be elected by the people of Guam for a term of four (4) years.

- The two candidates who receive the most votes in the Primary Election shall be certified accordingly by the Election Commission and placed on a separate ballot for the General Election. In the General Election, the candidate receiving the most votes, subject to the qualifications established by this Chapter, shall be certified by the Guam Election Commission as having won the election to the position of Attorney General. The Attorney General shall be sworn into and take office on the first Monday of the January following the General Election at which the Attorney General was elected and shall remain in office until the election and swearing in of a new Attorney General, unless removed from office.
Public Auditor
- Qualifications (Source: Law governing 1 GCA § 1903 and 1906)
- Must be a citizen of the United States and a resident of Guam for the five (5) years preceding his or her election
- Must not have been convicted of a felony or suspended in any US or non-US jurisdiction by an ethics board overseeing the certified public accountant or attorney, as the case may be
- Must either:
- be a certified public accountant, or
- be an attorney at law, or
- have at least five (5) years of experience in the establishment or enactment of government budgets.
- Must not declare a political party affiliation
- Must not seek the endorsement or receive directly or indirectly financial or material support from a political party

- The Public Auditor shall serve a term of four (4) years

- The Public Auditor shall be elected by the voters of Guam in a General Election occurring at the same time as the General Election for Mayors. All qualified candidates complying with the provisions of this Chapter shall be placed on a separate ballot for the Office of Public Accountability to be cast at the Primary Election. The two candidates who receive the most votes in the Primary Election shall be certified accordingly by the Election Commission and placed on a separate ballot for the General Election. In the General Election, the candidate receiving the most votes, subject to the qualifications established by this Chapter, shall be certified by the Guam Election Commission as having won election to the position of Public Auditor.
Consolidated Commission on Utilities
- Qualifications (Source: Law governing 12 GCA § 79101)
- Must be a registered voter of Guam
- Must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age
- Must have been a resident of Guam for at least five (5) years prior to the date of the election
- Must not simultaneously serve as a Commissioner and an employee of the Guam Waterworks Authority, the Guam Power Authority, or the Public Utilities Commission, or simultaneously serve as a Commissioner and an unclassified or contracted employee of the government of Guam
- Must not have been convicted of a felony, and must not have been convicted of a misdemeanor involving criminal sexual conduct or crime of moral turpitude, pursuant of § 6110, Title 3, Guam Code Annotated

- Commission shall be elected to serve a term of four (4) years, commencing on the first (1st) day of January following their election.

Guam Education Board

- Must be a resident of Guam for at least five (5) years immediately preceding the date on which the member takes office and continuing throughout the term
- Must not have been convicted of a felony, and must not have been convicted of a misdemeanor involving criminal sexual conduct or crime of moral turpitude, pursuant to 3 GCA § 6110
