Any voter who is unable to vote at the polls on Election Day due to an illness or physical disability may vote by Homebound Service. Homebound voters are serviced by appointment from October 7, 2024 to November 5, 2024 for the 2024 General Election. Applicants are encouraged to submit their application before 12:00 p.m. on November 5, 2024 to vote in the General Election.

Step 2. Fill out the application and sign the affirmation.
- Please indicate an e-mail address you check regularly, if available.
- Please ensure the handwriting is legible.
- Please provide contact numbers and a point of contact with whom GEC will schedule the Homebound service appointment.
Step 3. Please attach a map to your residence.
Step 4. Please mail your application to the Guam Election Commission at:
