The Guam Election Commission (GEC) is seeking bids from qualified Bidders to establish a Price Agreement to outright purchase certified Universal Access Voting Booths designed to meet American with Disability Act (“ADA”) and Help Americans Vote Act (“HAVA”) requirements for accessible voting.

ALL BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 2:00 PM CHAMORRO STANDARD TIME ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE SEQUENCE OF EVENTS.  Bids received after this deadline will not be accepted.  The date and time will be recorded on each bid.
