The Guam Election Commission (GEC) is seeking bids from qualified Bidders to establish a Price Agreement to lease, lease with option to buy, and/or outright purchase certified Central Count Voting System used to tabulate ballots and Ancillary Equipment including but limited to systems designed to meet American with Disability Act (“ADA”) and Help Americans Vote Act (“HAVA”) requirements for accessible voting.
