Notice of Intent to Cancel Voter Registration

Pursuant to §3123 of Public Law 31-255, please be informed that the Guam Election Commission (GEC) intends to cancel the following voter registrations on May 1, 2013, since the GEC records indicate that those listed herein failed to vote in the 2010 and 2012 General elections.

If you would like to re-register to vote, you may come into our office between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays, at the GCIC Building Suite 200 in Hagåtña. In order to register, proof of U.S. citizenship is required; you must provide the GEC with a copy of either a U.S. Passport or a Birth Certificate with a Photo I.D.To register to vote for the 2014 Primary Election, you must register before August 20, 2014, pursuant to §3104 of Public Law 31-255.
